The production process of suitcases

Day 1 Design Awakening

• The designer sketches a 20-inch outline on the tablet, and the AI immediately generates a 3D shell, simulating 500 drops to find the most impact-resistant arc. The customer's Logo was micro-engraved on the aluminum frame by laser, with a precision of 0.1mm, making the brand shine brightly.

Day 2 Material Selection

• The Covestro PC particles from Germany enter the 250 ℃ extruder and are three-roll calendered into 2.5mm transparent plates. Meanwhile, Toray 600D nylon from Japan danced the tango of Pantone 193 C in the dye VAT. Each roll of fabric comes with an RFID ID card, which can be traced back to the batch of yarn.

Day 3 shell forming

• The PC board is sent into an 800-ton vacuum forming machine and hot-pressed into a shell shape within 90 seconds, with an error of ± 0.3mm. The aluminum frame is precisely engraved by CNC and anodized, with a surface hardness of 3H. • Rain test: 250 mm/h heavy rain for 30 minutes, the inner tank was as dry as before
• Pull rod: 5,000 times of extension and retraction without jamming, no rust after 48 hours of salt spray

Day 6 Personalization

• The customer's signature is laser micro-engraved on the aluminum frame. The RFID luggage tag is written with flight information and can be read with just a touch on a mobile phone. Optional TSA password lock or fingerprint lock to meet different security check requirements.

Day 7 Final Inspection and Takeoff

• The quality inspector pastes a "Lifetime warranty" sticker, and SF Express delivers globally the next day. By scanning the QR code, the birth report of this box appears - from the batch of raw materials to the palm temperature of the workers, all are recorded on the chain.
